About Olds Boot Camp:
Are you looking for a fitness program that is going to help you jump start your personal fitness goals? Then Olds Boot Camp is for you! We offer challenging fitness programs consisting of cardio, strength training, flexibility, agility exercises, circuit training and more to get you moving, feel better about yourself and create new friendships.
Olds Boot Camp classes are designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced and this cross disciplinary approach will help you meet your goals, keep you motivated and have fun all at the same time. Olds Boot Camp offer classes for women only and co-ed classes.
Making that decision to start a fitness program is difficult but the first step. Olds Boot Camp offer classes full of fun energizing activities. The classes allow for one on one instruction and motivation to allow you to move that bar to new levels. The power in numbers brings amazing results. Olds Boot Camp operates in the outdoors allowing you to enjoy exercising in nature enjoying the fresh air and exploring various parks in the town of Olds.

Olds Boot Camp - Spring 2011 classes
Olds Boot Camp is still going strong in Olds!!! We are just completing the Winter classes. Looking forward to the nice warm spring weather. Exercising outside brings such an incredible feeling.
Spring 2011 is starting soon.
The classes will be offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. The classes will start at 6:00 pm and running approximately one hour and 15 minutes. Classes will start Monday, April 4th running until Thursday, June 30 (13 weeks).
Trying something a little different this Spring. There is one cost $199.00. This will be for any where from 1 class to 39 classes.
The Olds Boot Camp - Spring 2011 class will be capped at 25 people as I need to ensure there is appropriate equipment for all participants and that I am able to monitor and give individual attention to assist you in reaching your fitness goal(s).
There will still be a drop in option of $10.00 per class.
